Terms of Service for True Guitar Tuner

By downloading, installing, or using the True Guitar Tuner mobile application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a musical instrument tuner, a list of alternative tunings, and informational features powered by artificial intelligence (“AI Features”). The Service is supported by advertisements.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for any and all activity that occurs under your use of the Service.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service utilizes third-party services, including but not limited to Google AdMob for advertising and Firebase Vertex AI for AI Features. Your use of these features is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gilman Labs (mybreakbeats) and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the tuning information or AI-generated content will be completely accurate, reliable, or free of errors. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gilman Labs (mybreakbeats), nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
